This seems off...(help)

Ok, I'm having some issues... I think.  lol  I'm attempting to build automotive 14 for RPI5. I built the kernel first everything went smoothly. 

repo init -u https://github.com/android-rpi/kernel_manifest -b arpi14-6.1

repo sync tools/bazel run --config=release //common:arpi5_dist

Then on to the rest of the build..

 repo init -u https://android.googlesource.com/platform/manifest -b android-14.0.0_r30
curl -o .repo/local_manifests/manifest_brcm_rpi.xml -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/raspberry-vanilla/android_local_manifest/android-14.0/manifest_brcm_rpi.xml --create-dirs

   repo sync

Now my poor pc has been chugging data like its nobody's business for 8 hours now and has put back a cool 380G!  Is this supposed to happen like this?
