Ok, I'm working towards completing dic download manager.
This is a preview of what's done:

The speed is currently a lie. :(.
However it downloads correctly and that is the important part.
TODO:
-- Check online dictionary version - we need to add a new file to the
svn repository containing this information and possibly the md5 to
make sure the dic was downloaded correctly.
-- Implement ETA
-- Resume
Any other ideas?

Bug fixing! 
Get the speed working and ETA should be easy.
The md5 thing is a must do in a second stage.

What do you think about leaving 4 secs to estimate the download speed
and time left better?

I think it's good as it is. If you think you can improve it, do it.

Added a resume. It's primitive. Could use some checks to check if the
data is correct. Maybe some partial md5...
The next major thing to do is checking file versions, then its ready
for general release ;).
