touch screen calibration for android 2.3

hi, all,
I am porting android 2.3 to a arm A8 board, the system can boot up
now, but the touch screen can not work, the phenomenon is as follows:
when I slide up, the screen goes left, slide down, the screen goes
right, slide right, the screen goes up, slide left, the screen goes
down, did anyone came across this problem?
And I found that to calibration the touch screen, the pointercal
file will be read in frameworks/base/services/java/com/android/server/
InputDevice.java, but I did not find this file in the source tree, did
anyone knows where did android 2.3 calibration the touch screen?
