Blocking USB HID devices like Mouse and Keyboard

Hi Guys,

I am trying to customize android 4.4 build for an android compatible hardware. I have a requirement like the HID devices like mouse and keyboard should be blocked. At the same time some other devices should be allowed. Is it possible to block the devices based on the device class. I am not sure to which layer or which class i should modify to achieve this . Any on help this is highly appreciated.
