Question about the CTS

So I am currently working on a project trying to create dual SIM dual
standby (GSM & CDMA) device. I have modified a lot of the telephony
framework such as the RIL, PhoneInterfaceManager, CallNotifiers,
etc...

Unfortunately I just found out about the CTS test and I was wondering
to what extent can I modify the framework code so that I can pass the
CTS test?

FYI: I have been modifying the framework always making sure that the
public API will function as intended, so that applications will work
as intended.
