how to talk to google for using supl server "supl.google.com"

    we want to use supl.google.com for agps in our product,I see a topic in a link"https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/android-platform/w_VnB8suU_A/UhTQrPdyeUEJ" which told us we should talk to google first.I want to know how to talk to google.
