Is there any solution for video telephone in Android?

There is not video telephone on standard Android 1.5.
Is there any solution for video telephone in Android 1.5?

I noticed some news said the OpenCore 2.0 already support the video
telephony,
So , can I use the OpenCore 2.0 to implement the video telephone by
myself if there is not
video telephone solution now?

As HTC Dream and HTC Magic do not have a camera that faces the user can't see video telephone of much use on that hardware.  I dare say later hardware will have 2 cameras with at least 1 facing the user

Yes, HTC magic and Drean do not have the front camera.
But some users need the feature on their Android phone.

Any solution for video telephony?
If I implement the video telephony by myself, are there any opensource
libraries for this?

Will Android have the video telephony feature?

HI,

This would be useful to the deaf community to be able to sign into a
phone. If you can have a mode to iliminate sound you could have a nice
accessibility application that is light weight.
