System image for emulator for window platform?

Hi,

I downloaded the lastest source code last friday. I built it and i can
run it on my mac android emulator which is inside the source under
/Volumes/AndroidDream/mydroid/out/host/darwin-x86/bin

Then I copied the image files to a PC and try to run the emulator with
the new images. It just kept looping at the Android sign. This happens
on the sdk emulator on Mac too but I can solve that by using the
emulator coming with the source.
So, is there a way to run that new images on windows emulator?
I am developing this new images and need to give it to someone who
only has PC to test it.

Please help.

I actually find one at the sdk 1.5 pre release and it does work on my
new images.
