system_process I/ActivityManager: Force stopping com.example appid=10064 user=0: pkg changed

On OSes 4,5,6  after fresh install only.

App being killed immediately after lunching couple of times. And after opens properly. Following log is detected, any idea/soulution/suggestion for this?
