How to deal with "java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: com.android.internal.os.BinderInternal$GcWatcher.finalize() timed out after 10 seconds" on android 4.x ?

Hi,I have encountered many TimeoutException,like this:

java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: android.os.BinderProxy.finalize() timed out after 10 seconds

java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: com.android.internal.os.BinderInternal$GcWatcher.finalize() timed out after 10 seconds

 I can't deplicate this exception.how to deal with them?

We change 30s to 60s for finalize timeout! When cpu busy, it can happens
