How to update the APN information in the apns-full-conf.xml file?

We are a new MVNO and have a new MCC / MNC granted. In order to better serve the end-customer on data service over Android phones (whatever brand), I would like to update the APN information in the file apns-full-conf.xml such that the APN setting can be automatically set up without manual input by the end-customer.

How can I update the android code on this file apns-full-conf.xml?

Why ask? Why can't you just update it?

A more reasonable question is, how to make your APN information officially to AOSP

so that most Android devices can adopt it in the future?

The answer is simple. Just submit your change to the Gerrit of AOSP
