Android UI Roadmap

Hi,
I am trying to get some information on the Android UI roadmap. The
only link I see is http://source.android.com/roadmap. I hear that
there are changes to the 5-way navigation system (up, down, left,
right, center). Also heard about support for 3-D stuff. Can I know
what UI changes are being planned for future releases and a time
schedule for them. Also which apps will be impacted with these
changes?

Also as mentioned in the link above, is the on screen keyboard feature
already in the latest cupcake release?

Yes the on-screen keyboard is part of cupcake (as widely reported and announced in the blog).  I have no idea what 5-way navigation you are talking about, nor is there anything officially planned besides what is on the roadmap.
