I am looking forward to create an Android version of my own -
actually, same as the standard one, I just add some little
modification, like possibilities to edit some more deeper options
(very much like CyanogenMod's Settings app), more access to the
system, etc (basically I want to build a separate Android for my
Tablet PC - where I want more control over the system). For this, I
want to modify the original SetupWizard, add some screens, etc. I was
searching, looking deep everywhere, and I could not find any, ANY
version of the source code. Is it available somewhere?

I do not want the GMail prompt, just the basic keyboard and language
setup, date, location, theme, such things.
Does anyone know if there is a public version of it, even if it's very
basic?

Sorry, this isn't currently in the open-source platform.  The implementation we have is very tied to Google services.  We'd like to have a generic platform setup wizard that can incorporate proprietary pieces, but haven't had time to do so.
