Compile only the services.jar

Hi,

i have a question is it possible to compile only the services.jar ?
My wish is to modify the Notification bar with additional Buttons.

"make services" will build just the minimum to generate services.jar.

Note though that doesn't build the final system image.  You can either:

- "make services snod" to also build the system image (snod == System image NO Dependencies)

- Or sync only services to the device: adb remount && adb shell stop && adb sync system && adb shell start
