have several questions:

There are several kinds of log file in android:

MAIN log,EVENTS log,RADIO log,kernal log,system log
and also can get log by "bugreport" command ,
what is the deffirence among these logs?

Especailly I can not understand the difference between system log and

Er they are kind-of what their name is.  Main is the main log (for apps), events is for structured events, radio is for the radio, and system is for the system.  The kernel log is a separate log (not accessed through logcat) for the kernel.
