EPERM error for Loopback sockets

Hi,

      We are using loopback sockets for inter process communication, But in Android 7.0 Doze mode, we are getting EPERM for sendto API. We want to optimize for Doze mode.

I have the following questions

1. Is this error means, the socket is not valid, Do we need to create a new one when received EPERM for any socket operations

2. select is not returning any error, so i thought that the fd is still valid.

What are actions we can take to come out of these issue?
