AGPS LAC, Cell ID

Hello Mike,

In case of AGPS, the mobile need to provide the following parameters
to network in UMTS
UCID = RNC-ID+ CID
PSC = Primary Scrambling code

I would need to understand what are the following information filled
with in case of UMTS/HSPA/HSDPA/HDUPA

getCid will this contain CID or UCID?
getLac will this be same as RNC Id in UMTS?
getPsc

Please help on this.
