FACTAL:Linux ifconfig failed:Could not execute external program

HI

i installed and configured application from play store. My device is Galaxy Note 2.

when i try to connect to my vpn profile, i am getting this error message " FACTAL:Linux ifconfig failed:Could not execute external program" 

please help me to fix this issue

Hi Ben,

Please try to reinstall openvpn using "OpenVPN Installer".
Choose "openvpn with busybox".
Also install BusyBox using "BusyBox Installer".
