Can't get past startup.

First, sorry for my english.

Here's the deal. I have followed all the previous installs and set up and when i get to actually activating my config file it just sais: startup and then it goes back to tap to enable.

I have  a huawei y210

Android 2.3.6

I can send you what i see on the config file when i try to edit it. Let me know if you need it. Thanks in advance for your help.
