This means you don't have 'android-11' platform installed in your Android SDK.
Either install the 'android-11' (aka 'Android 3.0') platform with 'SDK Manager' or make right click on each project in eclipse -> project properties -> Android -> set some other target not older than Android 3.0.

Hi Andrey,

Does that mean that OpenCV for Android only works on devices with Android 3.0+ now, or it means that developers need a Android 3.0 SDK & NDK but the generated app will still work on Android 2.2 devices?

It means that samples need Android 3.0 platform from Android SDK to be built, but they will run on Android 2.2+
