I just downloaded and extracted the files from OpenCV 2.4.2 package(by this link  http://docs.opencv.org/trunk/doc/tutorials/introduction/android_binary_package/android_binary_package.html#android-binary-package . Can somebody tell me, what I missed?
By the way, I am using Windows 7. NO Cygwin and no Cmake or something installed. (Maybe that's the reason!?!)
