Wordpress Plugin for Android Application

Hello,

i developed a wordpress plugin in order to standardize the way we
promote one app.

Basically at the end of the post we present:
- QR Code
- Link AppBrain
- Link Android Market

so, instead of letting the blogger re-write each time these links i
wrote a plugin that gives those functionalities automatically.

The blogger has only to write
[app]package.name[/app]

And the plugin does the rest.

Does the plugin actually ping a service or API to grab the title or icon or anything? Or does it just build links with the package name? I've currently got a shortcode that takes a title, dev name, and package name but I'd really like it to be automated to pull events more info.

What would you like to know? 

Actually the plugin takes the package name and builds:

• QR Code
• AppBrain Link
• Android Market Link

Please note that the Android Market link would work both on pc ( it'll open the web market version ) and on android ( opens the market ) .. So if your user is browsing your website from their android phone and they click on the "Android Market Link" they'll be redirected on the application page on the Android Market App.

I think it's a plugin usefull for speeding up the post-writing.
