Hi people,

First of all: please apologize for my english... :)

I made a desktop widget which contains almost every android website
listed in the main group page..

Once installed, it will bring a configurable widget where the user can
choose which website to follow on it's android desktop...

Each Android Handset can have multiple widget with different rss on
it..

EX: I can have an androidandme.com rss widget and below the
androidguys.com rss widget.

Also the Rss feeds are divider per Country/language.

Please apologize me if someone doesn't like the idea...

It's this awesome, sweet idea. How will you go about updating the
widget as we get new members joining daily? 1 update a week or 1
update when the award votes are cast?

great idea on the widget. my only suggestions is that we use a different icon. since this isn't really directly related to the awards in the sense of voting or specific award announcements it might confuse some users. plus there is a chance nEx.Software is going to be making a native voting app and I'd like to reserve the icon especially for the use. otherwise looking great! nice to see all the site updates in one place.

Thanks for putting the widget together.  Maybe we should come up with a different widget and distinguish between android network and android network awards

Plus I can help, as I stated in the post above, I can help with the native voting application

Thanks man, :)

Everyone that has time to spend in designing an icon and giving me some hints about the colors is welcome... :)

I'm not a good graphic designer :(

I think it would be cool if you could have all of the newsfeeds in on
widget instead of one widget per site. To control it you could go to
a customization menu and choose what sites you want to view.

Great job Andrea. It's a great idea and it's very useful to follow the
sites behind Android Network Awards. If you don´t mind can you include
http://www.androidpt.com (from Portugal) in a next update? Thanks in
advance.

Best regards,
Miguel (from androidPT 2.0)

Maybe you could host the code on Google Code and let others help you
with the project / leave feedback?

The 'Android Award Widget' is a great idea..

Maybe it's even possible to make a complete app (like i.e.
Androidworld Reader, in market). You have more of a overview, after
all you have 3 'homescreen area's' the space is limited, and there are
so many great Android sites over here:-).

I would probably do as someone stated above:

A list of checkboxes with every android website.. And the widget will show the update of the checked android resource :)
