Clark, thanks for getting this up and running.

If anyone sees any errors, respond to this thread and we will fix
them. All suggestions are welcome.

If Al Sutton reads this, did you ever email all the devs? If not, I
would still like to do that. Also, do you have a message you would
like us to post about the rewards/prize you were willing to offer?

I emailed all of the devs I could find contact information for letting them know. The only ones missed off were a few who I couldn't find good contact info for (e.g. Bank of America).

I've put a post on the android-discuss list about the prizes and used the following;

"Mark Murphy has kindly donated a enough 3 month subscriptions to http://commonsware.com/ to give the winner in each category one, and the top two apps across all categories which are also listed on AndAppStore.com will get a 6 month subscription."

which covers things, but if Mark has a request for changes to the wording I'm sure he'll let us know.

As Andrea, I can't access the website.
Is it some problem from Italy?

It's fine from the UK.

What's the output from tracert -d androidnetworkawards.com on your machine?

It's not routing properly ...

Definitely looks like it could be a routing problem.

My output is;

Tracing route to androidnetworkawards.com [70.32.68.132]

over a maximum of 30 hops:

  1     2 ms     2 ms     5 ms  192.168.1.1

  2    22 ms    21 ms    21 ms  93.96.162.1

  3     *        *        *     Request timed out.

  4    22 ms    21 ms    21 ms  195.66.224.167

  5   171 ms   170 ms   171 ms  63.218.72.86

  6   170 ms   170 ms   170 ms  63.218.73.50

  7   171 ms   170 ms   171 ms  64.93.64.9

  8   171 ms   170 ms   170 ms  64.93.64.110

  9   170 ms   170 ms   170 ms  64.93.75.14

 10   175 ms   176 ms   172 ms  72.10.63.174

 11   170 ms   170 ms   170 ms  70.32.68.132

So if the site name is resolving OK on your machine it's down to an upstream ISP problem :(. (the request timed out line on mine is normal for my ISPs routing system).

There's a small typo for Grocery List, which is listed as Grocery
Kist.

I hoped all apps/widgets would be linked in the polls, so voters could
easily check them out. I've done this now as a courtesy to our users
over at Planet Android (http://android.to/kj), but directly in the
poll had been a smarter idea IMHO.

Just to avoid confusion; It's Grocery King not Grocery List.

Pocket Labs have already emailed in the correction.

I think the main problem is the poll daddy javascript.

We've listed the apps out with links to their AndAppStore page where available and put a single link at the top of the page for voting, but if we can get links in-list that would be great.

Yea, Polldaddy doesn't let you enter a link for each choice, just text. Plus I don't really think we need them. If someone doesn't even remember the app or know what it does they probably shouldn't be voting for it. Is the site loading for everyone now?
