disable multimedia tunneling temporarily

hello,

i've implemented multimedia tunneling using NDK for media playback. (android 12)

now while doing trick mode (when i get only I frames and no audio),

I want the tunneling mode to change to "Video only"

Is there a way to achieve it without reconfiguring the codecs/ audio Track?
