issues in running ndk-build on windows 7

Hi All,

I'm trying to install NDK the latest version available online: android-
ndk-r4b . The following are already in my Windows 7 system

GNU Make 3.81
GNU Awk 3.1.6

but when i run "ndk-build" from the my android project folder (this
project does have a jni folder having C files) the following is what
i get

'ndk-build' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

try using cygwin and reading the installation documentation
