android ndk for linux arm64

I checked the downloads, and there is only linux64 bit for x86.

Where can I get android ndk to run on linux arm64?

The NDK only supports x86_64 linux hosts. If you want to try building it yourself you can try following https://android.googlesource.com/platform/ndk/+/master/README.md.
