Hang in art::ConditionVariable::WaitHoldingLocks

Hello,

We are observing an ANR. Trying to debug into the frozen application shows that two C++ threads, neither of which is the main thread, are trying to call a Java function through JNI and are both hung with a stacktrace like this:

This is reproducible with the latest stable SDK and NDK.

Can anyone help shed on what is happening?

Do you know firmware and device got this issue? I'm not from google but we have a similar issue on our game.
