what is the meaning of following commands "ls -l /proc//fd/" and "ls -l /data/data"

I am a newbie to linux actually i was working with android ndk(new to that too) i was wondering if someone can explain the meaning of following commands "ls -l /proc//fd/" and "ls -l /data/data"

Hello,

The ls -l command shows a list of the files in a directory. In this case the folder /process/fd/ and /data/data/ you should check more basic linux commands on the web. I assure you will use them.

like dir in windblows.

list directory in list format.

Type it into google and you should find the man page or type "man ls" on any linux console to read about all the options.
