ndk native codec for playing mpeg2ts data coming from live rtp source

I want to play mpeg2ts data using android ndk native codec api. Mpeg2ts packets are coming from a live rtp source.
Example given in ndk is for mp4 file stored in a file, so I am confused about how to use the exposed ndk media codec api for streaming data.

Did you see native-media example? This uses local MPEG2 TS format. You may need MediaCodec to access streaming data.
