Hi i wanna make a Kibla(Qibla or Mecca the holy city) direction app for android.If any one have some knowledge about this.Please do share with me(Tutorials,Links and code).

I think Google Earth and Google Maps beat you to it.

Or the (at least) two pagefuls of existing apps in Google Play.

Whether or not there are existing apps, I would suggest if you really want to build one that you use the Android Java SDK. I'm not sure why you would need to bother with NDK to build such an app.
