NDK r28c is now available in the stable channel of the SDK manager (use ndkVersion = "28.2.13676358" in your build.gradle.kts file) and for download from our website.
This release contains a few fixes for lldb.sh on macOS, and fixes the opt-out behavior for APP_SUPPORT_FLEXIBLE_PAGE_SIZES/ANDROID_SUPPORT_FLEXIBLE_PAGE_SIZES.
