NDK r29 beta 3 is now available in the stable channel of the SDK manager (use ndkVersion "29.0.13846066" in your build.gradle file) and for download from our website.

Beta 3 includes a missing patch that was supposed to be included in beta 2. Beta 2 did not actually include the updated LLVM that it was supposed to. Beta 3 has that update. We expect to proceed to RC 1 in a few weeks.
