NDK r25 is now available in the stable channel of the SDK manager (use ndkVersion "25.0.8775105" in your build.gradle file) and for download from our website.
The release includes APIs for Android 13, an updated LLVM, and significant size reductions of the package itself. See the changelog for more changes and announcements.

As r25 is the new LTS, the support windows for r23 and r24 have now ended. NDK r25 will remain in support until this time next year or the next LTS release, whichever comes later.
