NDK r30 beta 1 is now available in the stable channel of the SDK manager (use ndkVersion "30.0.14608247" in your build.gradle file) and for download from our website.
NDK r30 is a regular (non-LTS) release.
As always for a new major version, this release includes an updated LLVM.
