NDK r23 RC 1 (aka Beta 6) released

NDK r23 RC 1 is now available in the beta channel of the SDK manager (use ndkVersion "23.0.7530507-beta6" in your build.gradle) and for download from our website. For technical reasons, RC 1 is also known as Beta 6.

The release includes APIs for S Beta 3. See the changelog for details.

As r23 is the new LTS, when r23 is made stable the support windows for r21 and r22 will end.
