Android 13 MidiDevice PROPRTY_NAME string format change

Hi,

Having updated a Samsung ZFold 3 to Android 13 I find that MidiDevice names are being reported with a new format, one I am struggling to find any information on. I wonder whether this is a Samsung-ism or stock behaviour, could anyone confirm this please?

The doco states the name comprises the Manufacturer + Product, however this new format adds a trailing hash (#), 3 digits, and the MIDI version.

Those 3 digits cha ge every time the _same_ device is plugged in, in essence a new MidiDevice each time. This breaks memorising the midi topology in my case and presents a trust issue given the change seemi gly without notice.
