Query MIDI connections

I am adding the possibility to connect MIDI devices to my app (I have only MIDI inputs).

I understood how to list the MIDI devices and create a connection from their outputs to my inputs within my app. My MidiDeviceService is able to receive connections created in other apps toward my virtual device.

What I am missing is the possibility to check which MIDI output port has been connected to my input port(s) if the connection has been created outside my app. Is there any possibility to retrieve this information?
