What has replaced the MediaPlayer.getFrameAt. which returned the
bitmap of the frame at xxx miliseconds? I'm trying to come up with a
method to make my own video playback but where I can control the
playback speed. Have a progress slider when at Max playback at STD
speed when at min. Playback 1 frame per 15 seconds
