Client authentication in HLS

Hi,

Can anyone tell if client authentication is working on Android in the Chromium network stack, at least in ICS? Actually, I'm looking for a way to do it for HLS and it uses chromuim networking. 

From what I see in the sources, looks like client authentication is not working now, but I'm not sure whether I look at the latest code.

If it indeed not supported - are there plans to do it? Can we influence this somehow?
