AndLogView 0.23 released

The new version of the AndLogView has been released!

New features

• Filter panel with button replaced with filter list with checkboxes (#162).
• Filters can be named, names appear in UI (#126)
• Index window only apply show and hide filters that are above their filter in the list (#164).
• Filters can be reordered. This affects index and highlight filters (#164).
• Index windows have titles based on filter names or criteria (#146).
• Modernized Look&Feel on macOS (#220, #403).

Minor improvements and bugfixes

• The outdated Log4J 1.2 dependency is no longer used. The security risk was low, but security scanners may have alerted because of its presence (#422).
• "ADB failed to start" dialog on startup is now suppressible (#339).
