Does log collector run and work automatically?
Where do I send the log data that's been collected? Will it record and send anything personal?

Hi,

The Log Collector as a standalone application will run when you start it. Also it can be invoked by another application when it detects a problem in itself. In both cases the data sent over email (or other communication channel you choose, depending on the app developer recommendation). You will be able to verify content of the message before it is send. The log data has to be sent to the developer of the app you have a problem with. Do not send log files to this group.
