Custom Android kernel to expose methods to access in-call audio (Rx and Tx)

Hi!

Would anyone here be interested and willing to create a custom Android kernel that would expose methods to access in-call audio?
The objective is to create a custom Android ROM (based on 2.3 or higher) with a patched kernel that would expose the call audio to the SDK so that it could be used to play audio directly to the remote end (not via speaker / mic loop) and to record audio directly from the remote end (also not via speaker / mic loop).
