I have a G1 and was using adb -d shell to look around and have a few
questions
1) Does anyone know why I can't switch into the root directory, I get
a permission error?
2) Can I copy files to and from the device from the shell, the cp
command also gets a permission error?
3) Does anyone know where the desktop directory is, wanted to see if i
could figure out what the url for the marketplace was and how that was
working. Wanted to automate checking for new versions of an application
