We've made it so that the permission request is the first thing that happens, no other popups.
If you deny permission, then we give you an explanation popup and give you a chance to either shutdown, or to have permissions asked again.

In the event you give FrostWire the storage access permissions, a popup is shown to let you know we're restarting to have the permissions take effect, and FrostWire is restarted.
Also added a "Help" menu item
Spanish translation updated to 100%.
