PSA: Main development branch moved to emu-master-dev

Hello,

Just to let you know that we're now using the 'emu-master-dev' as the main development branch for emulator-related repositories (instead of 'studio-1.4-dev').

The external/qemu/ and external/qemu-android/ have been updated to ensure that their emu-master-dev ToT contains all recent and relevant changes.

Please rebase any pending changes you have on top of emu-master-dev.
