Hi David,
Recently Jide has published the GLES
software rendering solution by mesa llvmpipe
to the android-x86 and mesa devel group.
I hope you have time to take a look.
I'm not sure if a pure software based renderer
is still useful or necessary for Android emulator.
If yes, let's co-work to improve and merge it into AOSP.
How do you think about it?
