audio and sdcard cannot work for qemu2 engine

Hi David

when I launch emulator with engine qemu2 on ubuntu,

there's no audio output, and also no sdcard, as a contrast, qemu1 works well,

don't know if it is the defect of qemu2 engine or my emulator usage went wrong?

my imgs builts from aosp master, emulator source is emu-master-dev,

./android-emulator/linux-x86_64/qemu/linux-x86_64/qemu-system-x86_64 -accel on -gpu on -sysdir /home/android/out/target/product/generic_x86_64/ -kernel /home/android/prebuilts/qemu-kernel/x86_64/ranchu/kernel-qemu -sdcard sdcard.img -audio pa
