Emulator GSM patches

Hi,

I have made a few patches on top of the emu-master-dev branch in order to make
the GSM signal setting more usable (using a set of values for the signal
parameters corresponding to the visual "bar" levels in android). I changed the
console interface and added a Qt interface for that setting in the cellular tab
as well.

Could someone point me to the steps required to get my patchset ([1], [2], [3])
reviewed? (or the changes I should make in order to have it reviewed)
