Ok,
after 3 months of no visible activity (unless you're working on the
source code) I've just uploaded a rough-cut version of the latest
incarnation of the application so we can get some early feedback if
you're interested. Expect newer releases roughly weekly for the rest
of July 2010.

I've a list of tasks to complete (the key ones are often on the site's
issues page http://code.google.com/p/android-daisy-epub-reader/issues/list
) before I'll consider this set of functionality 'code complete' and
there's more to do before the application can be considered to be
launched to general users on Android Market (not least adding support
for DAISY 3, epub, and text-to-speech for text-only books).
